Our facilitation work engages Artists across disciplines, and practices, and a wide breadth of community.

We can also deliver bespoke workshops, training, and development sessions to meet client, and community needs.

In this new offering, Bridget will facilitate various movement-centered exercises that support connecting to the body, creativity, and resourcefulness.

This 30-minute injection into your day will support you to use movement as a way to listen to, nurture and expand awareness and creativity.

No previous experience is necessary. Participate and adapt the practice to meet your own needs.

These sessions may have specific relevance for artists, creatives, teachers and facilitators, producers and curators, coaches and mentors, community leaders, those who work in areas of health, therapy, care, and support, and those who want to expand their movement and creative experiences.

The Compassionate & Resourceful Body

Project Auske were thrilled to host highly respected Australian Yoga and Physiotherapy Professionals Chanthala Webster-Tight and Nathan Tight for their first workshop in the UK.

This retreat created an opportunity and space for identifying and engaging compassion and resourcefulness in self-practices and when with others. Across the retreat, participants experienced and engaged with yoga, physiological, meditation, and movement knowledge and practices.

This retreat was delivered by highly experienced and respected practitioners, teachers, and artists with expertise in Physiotherapy, Yoga, Dance, Somatic, and Facilitation practices.
